Position Purpose summary:
The Assistant Program Manager is a Leadership-in-Development position.
The Assistant Program Manager supports and assists all Housing Program Services under the Director of Programs to ensure that all Housing Program Services provided by the Edmonton Centre of Hope are delivered in a manner that demonstrates respect for the individual and achieves the goal of providing a home-like environment in keeping with Christian principles.
The above responsibilities must be discharged in accordance with The Salvation Army’s Mission Statement, in a professional manner, exemplifying Christian standards of conduct.
This is a temporary fixed term contract
Weekly scheduled hours: 40
Compensation
The target hiring range for this position is $60,715.20 to $75,920.00 with a maximum of $91,104.00.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
